The CONA Codes Committee consists of a committee chair and members at will. The Codes Committee works with neighborhoods and local government organizations to ensure effective compliance with municipal ordinances.

Codes Map

 In the Codes Map, you can obtain information on the Codes Inspector that is assigned to a particular area. You can also search by address.  The codes layers must be turned on (as shown). When you click on "detail" the information on Click2Gov is displayed.

 In Click2Gov, you can search by address or case number and see open and closed cases.

Neighborhood Case Reports

Neighborhood Associations can obtain a report of cases for a particular time period specific to the neighborhood. To obtain a report, send a request to: Codes@stpete.org

NA Codes Courtesy Notice

Below is a generic version of a notice utilized by Harbordale NA. The concept is that the NA issue the notice as a friendly informative communication to preclude them from a potential codes violation with the City that can result in fines.
