Neighborhood Leader Resources

This resource hub is built for the people doing the work of neighborhood leadership, organizing meetings, responding to issues, hosting events, communicating with neighbors, and navigating City systems that aren’t always built with clarity or ease.

This library will continue to grow. As neighborhoods evolve, so will these resources — shaped by real experiences, shared challenges, and solutions that actually work on the ground.

Help Us Build This Resource Together

These documents are just the beginning. The strongest tools often come directly from neighborhoods themselves.

If your neighborhood has developed a process, template, checklist, or approach that others could learn from, or if there’s a resource you wish existed but doesn’t yet, we want to hear from you.

You can:

  • Recommend a resource or tool to be added

  • Share a template or best practice your neighborhood uses

  • Request guidance or suggest a topic that would be helpful

This resource hub is meant to be living, shared, and shaped by neighborhood leaders, because strong neighborhoods don’t happen in isolation, they grow through connection and shared knowledge.
